Kelly - Manager
Kelly has worked at this setting since September 2011. She has 1st Class BA Hons Degree in Children, Schools and Families. Kelly also has a level 3 qualification in Leadership and Management.
Kelly has 4 children, Harrison & Otto, Tilly-Paige & Lottie-Rose. She enjoys exercise classes; and spending lots of time with family & friends, especially family holidays.
Anna - Deputy Manager
Anna has worked at this setting since 2005, as Temporary Cover & Additional Needs Support Worker, but in this position from Sept 2011. She has also worked in Stratton School as a special educational needs teaching assistant. She has an NVQ III in Early Years Care & Education.
Anna has 3 children - 2 daughters, Holly & Sophie; and a son, Ben. She enjoys running and taking part in different challenges/races.
Sam - Early Years Supervisor
Sam has worked at this setting since September 2014. She has an NVQ III in Children’s Care, Learning & Development.
She has four daughters, five granddaughters and a grandson. She enjoys walking her 2 dogs and weekends away with her family in their caravan.
Gemma - Early Years Practitioner
Gemma started working at this setting in April-18. She has had several years’ experience working with children. She has a Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce (Early Learning and Childcare); and is working towards her Early Childhood Foundation Degree.
Gemma has two daughters, called Lily & Layla.
Harri - Early Years Practitioner
Harri has worked at this setting since November 2015. She has an NVQ III in Children’s Care, Learning & development.
She is a farmer’s wife from just outside of Stratton & it’s been known for her to bring in a friend or two from the farm.
Harri's hobbies include growing vegetables in her garden - especially fond of a pumpkin. Also, looking after her chickens and collecting their eggs each morning.
Roxy - Early Years Practitioner
Roxy started working at this setting in September 2017. She has a Level 3 Diploma for the Children’s Workforce (Early Years Educator). She has experience of working with children in a nursery and pre-school setting, child-minding and also in a local dance school where she has worked for many years assisting in the teaching of children in a range of dance styles.
Roxy has a daughter called Elodie. She enjoys exploring new places and going on fun adventures with Elodie and their friends.
Kayleigh - Early Years Practitioner
Kayleigh joined our playgroup team in January 2021. She has worked in early years for many years, and has a foundation degree in early childhood studies. She has two daughters and lives on a farm.
Olivia Rowland - Early Years Practitioner
Oliva started working at this setting in May 2024. She has a Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner (Early Years Educator).
Olivia enjoys being outside, travelling and being with friends and family, playing sports, surfing and going to the gym.
Edwina - Administrator
Edwina has worked at Stratton Playgroup since 2005. She has had many years’ experience as an administrator/book-keeper.
Edwina is married and has 2 grown up boys - Joe & Sam, and 1 girl - Ruby. Edwina enjoys computers; family time; short breaks away in our motorhome, exploring new places; and researching our Family Trees!
